WHICH HAIR REMOVAL METHOD IS RIGHT FOR YOU?
Laser hair removal relies on melanin – the pigment within the hair- to absorb laser energy. Dark brown, black and coarser hair generally respond most effectively.
Grey, white and very light blonde hair commonly contain too little pigment for reliable laser reduction. Red and darker blonde hair may contain some responsive pigment; however, results can be variable. Some hairs may reduce while others remain, potentially resulting in partial or uneven reduction.
Suitable for all skin types does not mean suitable for every hair colour. At MANKiND®, your skin tone, hair colour, hair thickness and treatment area are professionally assessed before treatment. A test patch may be recommended for selected clients when clinically appropriate.
When laser is not applicable, professional waxing or precision trimming may offer a more suitable alternative.
