MANKiND was founded in September 2004 by Paul Anderson, who recognised a vital need in the market for a stylish, male-focused clinic that provided exceptional service and high-quality treatments tailored specifically for men. Understanding that men often let their grooming routines slip—beards stray, faces dry, bodies tense, and hands and feet unloved—Paul created a sanctuary where self-care was prioritised.

I’m Naomi, a Biomedical Engineer with a Master’s degree in Electronics and over 27 years of experience in Technology, Medical Fields, People and Portfolio Leadership. My journey began at a prestigious Medical University, where I spent five years mastering human anatomy and skin physiology. I then specialised in advanced medical technology, working in the surgical and laser sector of the region’s largest hospital. This deep foundation in Medical Science, combined with expertise in Cutting-edge Technology, allows me to bridge the gap between clinical precision and high-performance aesthetic treatments.

Since 2004, MANKiND has been a proudly inclusive space, dedicated to diversity and individuality. Ensi graduated from the University of Western Sydney with a Bachelor of Nursing in 2013 and a Graduate Certificate in Cosmetic Nursing from the Australian College of Nursing. Ensi worked as a practice Nurse in the general medical field and a dermatology nurse.

Ensi found her passion for cosmetic and aesthetic nursing in 2015 and has since worked in the aesthetic field. She is a clinical trainer in this field and has worked with leading companies, including Galderma and Croma, sharing her knowledge and experience with other cosmetic physicians.

Ensi is all about natural beauty and personalised enhancements. She ensures each client receives a treatment tailored to their unique features and preferences. She enjoys making people feel confident by enhancing their natural beauty and achieving the best possible results. Vincent combines a background in Sport & Exercise Science with more than a decade of hands-on experience in remedial massage, stretch therapy and bodywork.
With a deep understanding of movement, pain patterns and recovery, he delivers
treatments that are precise and deeply effective.

Vincent holds Bachelor of Sport & Exercise Science from the University of Western Sydney, Diploma of Remedial Massage, is a certified member of the Massage Association of Australia and is currently advancing his skillset with a Kinetic Stretch Certification. Whether supporting clients through injury rehabilitation or easing everyday tension,
Vincent tailors each session to individual needs. His calm, intuitive approach is
rooted in clinical expertise and years of practical experience, creating a treatment
