MEET NAOMI
Owner & Director of MANKiND^®

I’m Naomi, a Biomedical Engineer with a Master’s degree in Electronics and more than 27 years of experience spanning technology, medical science, medical technology, and people and portfolio leadership.
My journey began at a medical university, where I spent five years developing an extensive foundation in human anatomy, skin physiology and medical science. I later specialised in advanced medical technology, working within the surgical and laser division of the region’s largest hospital.
This scientific foundation, combined with my expertise in technology and leadership, allows me to bridge the gap between clinical precision, sophisticated aesthetic treatments and personalised care.
Our commitment to excellence extends beyond treatments. MANKiND^® is a considered sanctuary where every individual can feel recognised, respected and entirely at ease. My leadership in global inclusion and diversity councils has helped shape this vision—a place where individuality is celebrated, care is deeply personal and expertise meets authenticity.
Together with our multidisciplinary team, I apply an engineering and clinical lens to every technology and protocol at MANKiND^®. Our signature protocols are developed in-house, bringing carefully selected technologies and techniques together in a deliberate sequence. Our Story

MANKiND was founded in September 2004 by Paul Anderson, who recognised a vital need in the market for a stylish, male-focused clinic that provided exceptional service and high-quality treatments tailored specifically for men. Understanding that men often let their grooming routines slip – beards stray, faces dry, bodies tense, and hands and feet unloved – Paul created a sanctuary where self-care was prioritised.
MANKiND is built on the belief that every man deserves to appreciate the benefits of looking after himself, whether through premium products or indulgent treatments like facials and pedicures. Paul’s vision laid the foundation for a space where men could embrace self-care, focusing on their well-being in a comfortable and masculine environment.

Ensi

Principal Aesthetic Nurse & Master Injector

Ensi graduated from the University of Western Sydney with a Bachelor of Nursing in 2013 and holds a Graduate Certificate in Cosmetic Nursing at the Australian College of Nursing. Her clinical experience includes roles in general medical practice and dermatology nursing.

Ensi found her passion for cosmetic and aesthetic nursing in 2015 and has since worked in the aesthetic field. She is a clinical trainer in this field and has worked with leading companies, including Galderma and Croma, sharing her knowledge and experience with other cosmetic physicians.

Ensi is all about natural beauty and personalised enhancements. She ensures each client receives a treatment tailored to their unique features and preferences. She enjoys making people feel confident by enhancing their natural beauty and achieving the best possible results. Joyce

Nurse & Dermal Therapist

Joyce is a highly skilled Nurse and Dermal Therapist holding an Advanced Diploma of Skin Therapy and Nursing degree. She combines advanced skin therapy expertise with strong clinical knowledge to deliver results-driven, evidence-based treatments. She is passionate about helping clients achieve healthy, glowing skin they feel confident in.

Jeremy is a qualified massage therapist with advanced expertise in remedial and therapeutic techniques, focused on helping clients move more freely, feel balanced, and reconnect with their bodies. His treatments blend evidence-based techniques with a calm, restorative approach, creating sessions that support both physical recovery and deep relaxation.

With experience working alongside physiotherapists and elite sporting teams, Jeremy brings strong clinical insight into injury management, performance, and recovery. He is also certified in dry needling, allowing him to target deeper muscular dysfunction and support more effective healing.

Dual-licensed in both beauty and massage therapy, she specialises in advanced skincare treatments, speedy and pain-free waxing and therapeutic massage tailored to each client’s needs.

Tara

Senior Skin Therapist

Tara holds a Skin Clinician Certificate and a Master’s degree in Biotechnology, bringing both expertise and experience as a highly skilled skin therapist. Her deep understanding of skin physiology and cosmetic science informs every treatment she delivers at MANKiND.

Combining science with self-care, Tara specialises in therapeutic facials, result-driven skin treatments, and relaxing facial, neck and shoulder massage techniques that restore both skin health and inner balance. She also offers tailored body treatments designed to support holistic well-being.

With over 16 years of experience as a massage therapist and a Diploma of Remedial Massage, he specialises in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and sports recovery techniques.
