Appointment Conditions
Staff Availability: Please note that selected staff may not be available on the day. If you have a preference, contact us at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellations & Rescheduling:
Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a fee equivalent to the full treatment amount.
Cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours will forfeit only the deposit paid at the time of booking.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your treatment will be adjusted to fit the remaining allocated time, to ensure the schedule runs smoothly for all clients.
Professional Standards: At MANKiND, we uphold the highest standards of professionalism and respect. Bullying, harassment, or inappropriate behavior of any kind will not be tolerated.
Policy Changes: MANKiND has the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any stage of the appointment.
