BEFORE & AFTERCARE (ESSENTIALS)
- Before: Pause strong actives (retinoids, peels) 3–5 days prior; arrive with clean skin
- After (48 hrs): SPF daily, avoid heavy workouts/sauna/swimming; gentle cleanser + hydrator only that night
- Resume active skincare after 72 hours unless advised otherwise.
